1) How do I register?
If you are a new customer with olalaonline.com, you will be asked to register a new account upon check out. Fill out the information requested to register a new account.
2) What if I forget my password?
There is a link under the log in panel that you can click to retrieve your password. Your password will be emailed to you instantly.
3) How do I change my password?
You may change your password by loging into MY ACCOUNT and under Profile tab.
4) How do I make changes to MY ACCOUNT profile?
You can update your profile by first loggin into MY ACCOUNT and click on Profile tab.
5) What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
6) Do you have a minimum purchase?
We do not impose a minimum purchase but you may save on shipping if you buy multiple items.
7) Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for Oklahoma residents where we have physical presence.
8) How can I track my order?
You can track the orders that you place with us by loggin into MY ACCOUNT and clicking on Track Order. All orders that are shipped with FedEx will have a link that will bring you to the FedEx's web site for tracking.
9) Who do I contact regarding the web site?
We have a toll free number as well as a contact form on our Contact Us page.
Shipping and Handling
1) How will my order by delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?
The delivery time will depend on the shipping method that you choose when checking out and when you are located. Generally speaking our regular shipping method should take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
2) Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska but extra charge will apply.
3) Where is my order?
You may track your order using Track Order option under MY ACCOUNT.
4) What are the shipping rates?
Our regular flat rate shipping fee is $2.99 for first pair of earrings and $8.99 for first handbags. Additional items costs more.
Returns and Exchanges
1) What is your return policy
We have a 14 days full-refund policy for all items. For handbags, we have a unique return policy where you are able to return any handbags in any condition for up to 180 days from the purchase date and get 30% in store credit.
2) What is return authorization number (RMA) and where do I get it?
You may get a return authorization number (RMA) by clicking on Return option besides your order under MY ACCOUNT or by calling our customer service.

4) How do I make a return?
Please log in to MY ACCOUNT and view orders. Any allowable returns should have an option besides it that says "Return". Click on that option and follow instructions. RMA number will be given to you once you complete all the steps. Remember, all return items must have a RMA number. Ship the return item to the above mentioned address.
5) When will my credit card by refunded?
Once we received the item, it will take approximately 5 to 10 business days for us to process the refund. You will receive a notification once the refund process is complete and your credit card is refunded.
